Form Sports ("we", "us", "the app") provides sports prediction tips and statistical analysis. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Form Sports you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: email address and display name when you sign up (via email, Google, or Apple). If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive Apple's private relay address.
Wallet & purchases: records of in-app purchases and unlocks. Payment card details are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Paystack and are never stored by us.
Usage data: picks viewed/unlocked, app interactions, and basic device/diagnostic information for reliability and analytics.
Push tokens: if you enable notifications, a device push token.

2. How We Use It

To provide and personalize predictions and your wallet.
To process purchases and credit your in-app balance.
To send service messages and, with consent, notifications.
To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Apple — In-App Purchases and Sign in with Apple.
Google — Sign-in (if used).
Paystack — payment processing on Android.
RevenueCat — purchase validation on iOS.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see below); we will delete your personal data within 7 days, except records we must retain for legal or financial compliance.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account and data, email support@formsports.app with subject "Delete my account".

6. Children

Form Sports is intended for users 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Not Gambling

Form Sports offers informational predictions and analysis only. It does not facilitate wagering and does not pay out money. Predictions are not guarantees; use responsibly.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
